We will backup your entire site once a quarter, and the changed files weekly. The files will be stored off site, so you would still have a copy of your site even in the unlikely event of a catastrophic server failure. With the exponential increase in hacking recently, your site could be here today, gone tomorrow. Without a way to restore your site, you've lost everything. It's a small investment for peace of mind. Update Service

Coming Soon! Dixie Internet will update your web software for you. About 90% of the hacking occurs with "open source" free php software. The hackers can obtain the source code, pick it apart, and devise ways to exploit it. Unless you have the most recent updates and fixes to your open source php software, you're a hack waiting to happen. Dixie Internet will make sure you have the most recent updates, security fixes, and patches installed to your open source php software. As you can see, Dixie Internet has had a major upgrade to the software. This is actually an ongoing process, and default text and such will change as time goes on. Please try to keep your email address current with our system. The system automatically sends you reminders in advance, when your domain names or packages are due. If we have the wrong email address on file, then they go into oblivion and you could possibly lose your domain name, or get suspended. The software will automatically suspend a hosting package 30 days after the invoice due date. This is not something done manually, it is done automatically. So please, remember, if you change your email address, log in and update us to the new one. Thanks for all your support!!
