| Article number: kb-12 | Q. How Do I Back Up My Site?
A. Log into your Cpanel and click on Backups. Click on "Download a Home Directory backup. Your site will then download to your local hard drive. Then click on any databases you may have in use, which are under "Download a MySQL database backup".
If you have these two things on your local hard drive, even if a hacker crashes your site completely beyond repair, restoration to the date these files were downloaded is possible.
